Sabia (b. 1969, New Delhi) is a renowned contemporary Indian painter whose artistic career spans over three decades. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts (1991) and Master of Fine Arts (1993) from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Her evocative paintings have been exhibited extensively in India and internationally, with major solo exhibitions including "My Journey" (2019) and "Innocent Spring & Other Tales" (2025). A recipient of the 44th National Award from Lalit Kala Akademi (2001), the 10th Yuva Mahotsava Award (1996), and prestigious fellowships from the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, Sabia has established herself as a significant voice in contemporary Indian art. Her works are part of important public and private collections in India and abroad, including the Lalit Kala Akademi, the President of Singapore's collection, and PICASSOMIO Gallery (USA). She has also served as a jury member for the 61st National Exhibition of Art organized by Lalit Kala Akademi.
