Only after approval by the gallery management will the artwork is displayed on the website.

Due to the nature of art, returns are generally not accepted.If an artwork is received in damaged condition, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

If any painting is returned with:

  • Dents
  • Breakage
  • Scratches
  • Frame damage
  • Water damage
  • Any other physical damage

Then:

  • The artwork will not be accepted for return.
  • No refund will be issued.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be subject to review, and a full refund may not be guaranteed.

Custom-made and commissioned artworks are:

  • Non-returnable
  • Non-refundable
