Cancellations

Within 24 Hours:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. A full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

After 24 Hours:
Cancellations may not be possible due to processing and shipping procedures.

 

Refunds

Damaged or Defective Artwork:
Refunds are offered only for artworks that arrive damaged or defective. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence.

 

Returns

Original Condition:
Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

 

Important Return Condition:
If the painting is found to have any dent, scratch, tear, stain, frame damage, or any kind of physical damage at the time of return, the artwork will not be accepted back and no refund/payment will be issued.
